ABOUT US
Collaboration.
Innovation.
Growth.
HUB 712 is a regional project dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses in our rural area by providing access to essential resources, fostering collaboration, and nurturing innovation, specifically through entrepreneurship. It is an initiative of the Carroll County Growth Partnership.
Through our programs, supportive community, and dynamic workspace, we help strengthen the region’s competitive potential, drive economic growth, and cultivate a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Our physical location opened in August 2024 and proudly serves eight counties in West Central Iowa: Ida, Sac, Calhoun, Crawford, Carroll, Greene, Audubon, and Guthrie.
We are also a proud recipient of the Economic Recovery Corps Fellowship, a highly competitive program partly funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), in conjunction with six national partners. Selected from over 300 applicants and the only project in Iowa, HUB 712 is one of just 65 projects nationwide chosen to receive this fellowship award.
We work closely with a network of regional and local partners to connect entrepreneurs and small businesses with the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need.
