Good ideas deserve a place to grow here.
You should not have to leave your community to find a workspace, a useful connection or help with your next business decision. That is the idea behind the Hub.
A local place with a regional purpose.
HUB 712 is an initiative of the Carroll County Growth Partnership. From 603 N Adams St in Carroll, the Hub brings space to work and small business resources under one roof.
A first idea and an established business can need the same thing: someone to help make the next step clearer. We bring people, practical guidance and places to meet together so that conversation has somewhere to start.
The work belongs to local owners. The Hub is here to help them keep going, whether they are opening a door, changing direction or planning the next chapter.
Across the region. Room for your idea.
Our region includes Ida, Sac, Calhoun, Crawford, Carroll, Greene, Audubon and Guthrie counties. Wherever you are starting from, the Hub is a place to connect with business resources.
Local roots, regional connections.
The communities below are examples across the region, not its boundary. Each has its own businesses, ambitions and ways of doing things. The Hub is here for that work across the whole region, from a familiar Main Street to the community you call home.
